- The mucous is thick, green and copious and effects thethroat, sinuses and lungs, where they may also be asthmatic
- Meningitis,as a swollen, irritated and angry conditions may call for this remedy.
- For diarrhoea with prolapsed rectums, acid conditions.

- Headache due to sinusitis.
