Aesculus Hippocastanum: Anus raw, sore. Much pain after stool, Burning in anus with chills up and down back.

Hamamelis Virginica:  Anus feels sore and raw. Hemorrhoids, bleeding profusely, with soreness. Dysentery. Pulsation in rectum.

Silciea: Painful hemorrhoids protrude during stool is an indication of Silica.

Calcarea fluor: Internal or blind piles frequently, with pain in back, generally far down on the sacrum, and constipation.
